Our hotel has implemented all the security measures established by the Health Authorities in relation to prevention against COVID 19, so that our clients are 100% safe. For this reason, we want to transmit a message of tranquility and trust with the measures adopted since we have a protocol of action following the health indications

Below we detail the prevention measures implemented:


  • Our Staff have received training in preventive measures for Covid-19.
  • Our Staff has the necessary protective equipment at all times.
  • All personnel have been informed of the guidelines set by the health authorities in hygiene and cleaning standards, registered in the Good Practice Guide of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.
  • We reduce capacity, including elevators
  • Informative posters have been established in all spaces indicating prevention and action measures in the facilities.
  • Disinfectant gel has been provided on all floors of the hotel
  • Our staff is vaccinated


  • We have reduced the number of tables to maintain a safe distance
  • All kitchen and living room staff work with gloves and masks, both those facing the customer and those not.
  • In areas susceptible to crowds, we have marked minimum clearances on the ground, so that everyone respects the safety distance.
  • We provide the crockery by our staff, in this way we will avoid that customers have direct access to it.
  • We have single doses of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper on the tables.
  • The letter will be informed to the client by QR code
  • We carry out an exhaustive control and revision of the temperature of the dishwashing trains (> 80º)



  • We do not clean the room while the client is inside it.
  • The cleaning staff is equipped with a mask, gloves, as a preventive measure
  • Exceptional cleaning and disinfection protocols have been established for the rooms after the clients have left, paying special attention to items with frequent contact such as doorknobs, controls, cabinet interiors.
  • All rooms will undergo an ozone treatment after the departure of each client and before the entry of the next
  • Expendable stationery and room decor items have been removed
  • Television and air conditioning controls and extra bedding have been sheathed for greater safety

  • Previous disinfection has been carried out days before the reopening of our hotel and application of ozone to obtain a safe space
  • The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of the common areas of the hotel, reception desks, elevators, doors, bathrooms, etc. has been intensified.
  • The capacity of the elevator has been limited to one person, unless they are from the same family unit, indicating it by means of the corresponding posters
  • Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers have been installed on each floor of the hotel at the exit of the duly identified elevator, as well as in reception, restaurant and spa.
  • Signs identifying the safety distance have been established on the ground.
  • Towels have been removed from common bathrooms and replaced by paper hand drying dispensers
  • The use of masks is mandatory for clients and staff in compliance with the standard established by the Generalitat de Catalunya


  • We have reduced the capacity of the water area due to the regulatory provisions
  • We carry out treatments with a mask, glasses or face shields and disposable aprons, and we disinfect the cabin after each treatment.
  • Protective screens have been installed at the spa reception and sanitizing gel for their use
  • Safety distances have been indicated
  • Paper hand drying dispensers have been installed in the bathrooms
  • Protective screens have been installed at the spa reception and hydroalcoholic gel
  • The spa staff has received the corresponding training in prevention and safety measures.
  • The rooms that can be used and their corresponding capacity have been established


  • We have marked the safety distance
  • We have disinfectant gel on each counter
  • We disinfect all material delivered to the client (room cards, pens, dataphones, etc). A disinfectant tray has been placed to deposit the customer's documentation
  • We have at our customers' disposal basic information on prevention and rules for the correct use of the facilities.
  • We have reinforced the cleaning and disinfection of the counters
  • We disinfect the suitcase by the bellboy, according to availability
  • Protective screens have been installed at the reception desks
  • The reception staff have been trained in prevention measures against COVID 19, wearing masks as protection. Said staff is vaccinated
  • A disinfectant carpet has been installed at the entrance of the Hotel


  • All personnel have the necessary individual protection and safety equipment
  • We carry out repairs in the rooms, as far as possible, without the presence of the client. If this is not possible, we maintain the safety distance and use of masks also by the client
  • We disinfect all areas in which there has been intervention
  • We constantly renew the air in the common areas, at a temperature of 23º-26º, and clean the filters

Rules of coexistence and operation of services after the application of preventive measures to contain COVID-19

From the Hotel Acevi Villarroel we work thinking about the safety and well-being of our clients, therefore, we ask for your collaboration and commitment to respect the following special rules of coexistence and prevention measures for contagion by COVID-19:

  • Frequent hand washing / hygiene, particularly when accessing shared areas (reception, spa, restaurant ...). We put at your disposal hydroalcoholic disinfectant gel at different points within our facilities
  • Use the inside of the elbow to cover the mouth / nose when coughing or sneezing, or use tissues and wash hands afterwards.
  • Avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes in public spaces.
  • Use the bins that you will find at different points in our facilities to deposit all the disposable hygiene and protection material (masks, gloves, disposable tissues, etc.).
  • Respect social distancing with people outside the family or coexistence environment.
  • Avoid greetings that involve physical contact (hugs, kisses ...)
  • Respect the capacity established in common areas, and particularly in those in which there is no physical control by the establishment
  • Respect schedules and other rules that may have been established by the establishment to comply with the allowed capacity, indicated in the posters available at the facilities and about which our staff can inform you.
  • Respect the distances between people established in points of attention to the public, entrances to restaurants, spas, reception
  • Respect the signs that establish safety routes or distances, as well as the closure of some spaces
  • Do not stay in the room during the cleaning, maintenance or repair services to be carried out in it.
  • Wear masks in common or shared areas
  • At the first signs of symptoms compatible with the COVID-19 disease (fever, cough or respiratory distress):
  • Self-isolate in your room (affected and cohabitants)
  • Inform the establishment (reception / customer service) of the situation by telephone
